The Consultant, Procurement supports the execution of sourcing and supplier management activities for IT-related spend within Coca-Cola's Global Indirect Procurement organization. Reporting to IT Procurement leadership, this role is responsible for coordinating sourcing events, running quick bids, maintaining procurement data, and supporting analysis that enables compliant, fact-based purchasing decisions.
This role is intended for an early-career procurement professional with strong analytical skills who is developing depth in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing, with IT as the primary spend category.
Key ResponsibilitiesIT Procurement Execution & Quick Bids
- Support end-to-end sourcing activities for IT categories including software, hardware, cloud, telecom, and IT services
- Independently run low-complexity and quick-bid sourcing events, including:
- Supplier identification and outreach
- Bid sheet preparation and response consolidation
- Price and commercial comparison summaries
- Coordinate larger or more complex sourcing events in partnership with IT Procurement team
- Execute sourcing events (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) using enterprise e-Sourcing tools
- Ensure all sourcing activity complies with procurement policies, approval thresholds, and documentation standards
- Maintain sourcing files, award summaries, and supplier records
- Prepare and maintain standard IT procurement reports related to spend, sourcing activity, savings, and supplier performance
- Use Excel, SQL, and Power BI to extract, analyze, and present procurement data
- Support sourcing decisions with cost comparisons, trend analysis, and data validation
- Prepare summaries and materials for procurement leadership reviews
- Maintain data accuracy across procurement systems, sourcing tools, and reports
- Support standard procurement templates, trackers, and governance processes
- Identify data or process gaps and elevate issues with recommended actions
- Act as a knowledgeable user of procurement tools and reporting platforms
- Partner closely with IT Procurement team to manage sourcing intake, timelines, and priorities
- Coordinate with IT, Finance, and Legal partners to support procurement execution
- Provide regular updates on sourcing status, quick-bid outcomes, and reporting deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or business analysis
- Strong Excel skills; working knowledge of SQL and Power BI
- Experience supporting sourcing events or supplier bids
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple sourcing requests
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience running quick bids or low-complexity sourcing events
- Exposure to indirect procurement or IT-related spend categories
- Familiarity with e-Sourcing or procurement systems
- Experience supporting a global or matrixed organization

Pay Range:$88,400 - $105,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
