What will you contribute?As part of the Flow Engineering team, the AI Application Lead will oversee the UI and integration layer of Flow, Finastra’s Agentic AI platform, to deliver seamless AI‑driven applications.
Responsibilities & Deliverables- Lead application development teams to deliver user interfaces and integrations.
- Ensure applications are responsive, performant, and accessible across devices and platforms.
- Manage integration with enterprise systems, third‑party services, and customer environments.
- Ensure high‑quality user experience and technical performance.
- Collaborate with product owners and UX designers.
- Maintain alignment with overall AI platform strategy.
- Manage timelines and resource allocation.
- Ensure UI components are rapidly ready to support platform features as they are released.
- Experience leading application development teams.
- Strong background in UI/UX and system integration.
- Ability to translate technical specs into user‑centric solutions.
- Leadership in agile development environments.
- Experience with enterprise integration preferred.
