As an UX Researcher, you'll autonomously lead research programs that directly support the
uplift and evolution of the marketing ecosystem. You will work independently, in
conjunction with multiple researchers, and collaboratively with design and product
partners to deliver research across functions and geographies.
A skilled research evangelizer, you will make a deep contribution by generating insights that guide the design of an integrated set of tools used by internal marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead research efforts in close partnership with product, design, and marketing operations teams to understand the current user experience and inform the future- state system ecosystem.
- Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions that bring cross-functional teams together to align on learning needs, map workflows, and define research direction.
- Execute research studies using a variety of methods (interviews, shadowing, diary studies, concept testing, journey mapping) to uncover pain points in the experience (workarounds,unmet needs, broken workflow connections) and ecosystem level opportunities.
- Triangulate data from multiple sources to create a cohesive view of the user experience across interconnected tools and processes.
- Creates high-quality research artifacts such as personas, journey maps, service blueprints, experience models, and insight summaries that bring the current and future experiences to life and inform design and prioritization decisions.
- Support research and design leadership in presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring insights are communicated clearly and drive alignment and decision-making.
- Mentors others in research methods, helps teams understand when and how to apply research most effectively, and maintains compliance with data privacy and tooling standards.
- You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in research with exposure to complex systems, workflow-centric research, or multi-tool ecosystems preferred.
- You are proficient in using dscout and User Testing to support a variety of methods across the lifecycle.
- You can demonstrate your understanding of fundamental UX research theories, principles and concepts gained through practical experience in industry or academia, on-the- job training, or formal education.
- You are a proactive, energetic communicator, with an impressive attention to detail in written communications (e.g., slack messages, emails, and research documents), and a clear and engaging verbal presentation style.
