Data Engineer

We’re hiring a highly technical ETL Developer to join a growing Data Import Team, responsible for ingesting data into a centralized Enterprise Data Warehouse. This hands‑on, data‑engineering–focused role sits at the front of the data pipeline, owning the design, build, and reliability of ETL workflows that load data into Snowflake from internal systems and external partners. You’ll build and maintain scalable pipelines, monitor and troubleshoot data loads, and own work end‑to‑end in an Agile, user‑story‑driven environment using the Microsoft data stack.

• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines that load data into a centralized Snowflake data warehouse
• Extract data from internal systems and external partners and ensure reliable ingestion
• Monitor, validate, and troubleshoot existing and new data pipelines
• Own work from build through completion in an Agile, user‑story‑driven environment

• Build and maintain ETL workflows using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and custom scripting
• Support ingestion of primarily relational data, with some unstructured sources
• Integrate data from CRMs, Dynamics 365 (D365), and external partners (CSV feeds)
• Monitor job execution and resolve data load issues
• Collaborate across multiple data teams, including Enterprise Data Warehouse and Master Data Systems

• 5+ years of experience in ETL / data engineering roles
• Snowflake – minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience
• Strong Microsoft data stack experience: SQL Server, SSIS, Exposure to SSAS / Reporting
• Python (1–2 years) for data processing and scripting
