Job SummaryThe Enterprise Systems department within Campus Services is responsible for the stability, integration, and day‑to‑day operation of the technology platforms that support core Campus Services functions. This team ensures that critical systems‑spanning electronic access and credentialing technology and related infrastructure operate reliably, securely, and in alignment with campus needs. Enterprise Systems partners closely with operational units, vendors, and technical stakeholders to support new installations, renovations, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance, helping Campus Services deliver dependable, high‑quality experiences for students, faculty, staff, and visitors across campus.
Responsibilities- Diagnosing equipment and infrastructure issues
- Assisting users with technology operation and documenting or escalating issues as needed
- The role works closely with customers and project teams to ensure reliable, high‑quality technology experiences across Campus Services/supported facilities
Associate's Degree, Technical Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required ExperienceUp to two years of job‑related experience
Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesThis position provides hands‑on technical support for electronic access control technology, including the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of access control/locking systems and hardware.
