Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our team in the perimeter area. This is a critical role. You will join a collaborative, global team of six QA professionals ( to ensure the integrity of our most vital enterprise systems.

While we are currently a 100% manual testing environment, we are actively moving toward automation. We need a seasoned tester who can master our current manual processes while helping us bridge the gap toward a more automated future.

• End-to-End Testing:
  Lead manual testing efforts for major enterprise initiatives, including our Salesforce, E1 (JD Edwards), and BCOM projects.
• Data & Integration:
  Validate complex data integrations and SaaS environments. You’ll be the go-to person for testing how data flows between systems.
• Technical Validation:
  Use SQL to perform back-end data validation and Postman to test APIs (specifically those running through Mule Soft/Anypoint).

  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with business stakeholders to understand financing and business processes, ensuring our software meets real-world needs.
• Global Teamwork:
  Coordinate with our international team members in Poland and local leadership in Atlanta.

• Day 30:
  Immersion into the business processes, the E1 project architecture, and the current manual test suites.
• Day 60:
  Take ownership of integration testing for the Salesforce and E1 work streams; begin identifying candidates for future automation.
• Day 90:
  Fully lead the QA lifecycle for major projects, mentor junior staff, and establish the technical groundwork for automation scripts.

  Experience:
  
  A deep understanding of the QA lifecycle and the ability to handle high-pressure, high-integration projects like our E1 rollout.
• Technical Toolkit:
  Proficiency in SQL for data testing and Postman for API/Mule Soft integration testing.
• Adaptability:
  Experience in SaaS environments and the flexibility to work with diverse personalities across the business and technical teams.
• Communication:
  Strong interpersonal skills—you aren't just a "ticket-taker"; you are a partner to the business.
• Industry Knowledge:
  Previous experience in financing or large-scale business process testing is a major plus.
