Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an onsite Help Desk Technician in Atlanta, GA. The day‑to‑day responsibilities will include providing walk‑up IT support for end users, such as Wi‑Fi connectivity, printer setup, and basic troubleshooting. This individual will work Service Now tickets for remote users, provision laptops, and perform basic hardware setup. The role will also support technology in three main meeting rooms and a boardroom, assist with basic network room troubleshooting with remote guidance, and collaborate daily with help desk teams in Toronto and Solon via Microsoft Teams.
The Help Desk Technician will be expected to deliver “white glove” executive support and maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while working independently in an onsite environment.
Pay Rate: $25-30/hr

- Minimum 2 years of help desk experience
- Basic IT support skills: laptop provisioning, troubleshooting, walk-up support
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Self-motivated and able to work independently Mac knowledge
- Microsoft Teams troubleshooting experience
- Conference room troubleshooting experience
