Oracle ERP Consultant - HCM
Atlanta, GA 30308 (Onsite)
12+ month contract with high potential for extension. Pay range: $80 - $100/hr on W2.

Job Description Responsibilities- Design, configure, and implement compensation modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather and translate functional requirements into scalable solutions.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
- Lead implementation efforts, including data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide post‑implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and user guides.
- Train end‑users and stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and internal policies.
- Proven experience with Oracle Absence Management Cloud and Oracle Time and Labor modules.
- Strong understanding of union rules and timekeeping complexities in unionized environments.
- Experience working in or supporting the construction industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold a respectful and courteous work environment.
- Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM or related modules.
- Experience with integrations between Oracle Cloud and third‑party systems.
- Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
