Job DescriptionMust be comfortable managing:
- Network and data center work
- Should be able to support PMO maturity and structure.
- Demonstrated understanding of ability to clearly explain how these have been applied in real projects
Experience matters more than certifications (PMP is a plus, not required)
Must be highly tactical, not purely high-level or agile-only.
Required Skills- Build detailed project plans
- Create and manage WBS (Work Breakdown Structures)
- Perform resource planning and balancing
- Forecast downstream impacts months in advance
- Microsoft Project is the primary tool and proficiency is a non-negotiable.
Agile knowledge is fine, but:
- Agile purists are not a fit
- Team primarily operates using waterfall methodology, with flexibility
- Certifications (e.g., PMP) are not required.
