About the Department/Team:
Our HR Technology & Digital Experience team connects people, processes, and platforms to make work simpler and more meaningful. We focus on simplifying processes, improving service delivery, and creating experiences that work across platforms like Service Now and Workday. By partnering closely with HR and IT, we help turn business needs into practical, scalable solutions that support both employees and operations.
About the Role:
We are hiring an HRSD Product Senior Analyst (Service Now) to execute and help shape the strategic direction of our Service Now HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform.
This is a hands-on, business-facing role for someone who deeply understands the HRSD ecosystem and can work independently, proactively identify work, and drive solutions end to end, while partnering closely with the HRSD Product Owner.
You will operate with a high degree of autonomy-owning execution, analysis, and recommendations-while reporting into the HRSD Senior Manager / Product Owner, who owns enterprise strategy, governance, and roadmap decisions. Your insights, delivery, and platform expertise will directly inform that strategy.

What You'll Do
Product Execution & Delivery
* Independently own HRSD user stories and requirements from intake through delivery
* Translate HR and employee needs into clear functional designs, acceptance criteria, and solution approaches aligned to HRSD strategy and Service Now best practices
* Partner directly with HR COEs and HR Operations to understand issues, enhancements, and new requests
* Work closely with Technology teams to design, build, test, and deliver solutions
* Lead testing and UAT activities to ensure solutions meet business intent, quality standards, and user experience expectations
Platform Expertise & Problem Solving
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues ranging from minor defects to complex, cross‑module HRSD problems
* Support and optimize functionality across:
* Employee Center / Portal / Knowledge Management
* Case Management
* Virtual Agent and Live Agent
* Routing, SLAs, and integrations
* Independently research Service Now HRSD capabilities through release notes, documentation, and the Service Now community
* Proactively bring forward recommendations, ideas, and solution options that improve experience, efficiency, and platform health
Advisory & Continuous Improvement
* Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and experience issues across HR services
* Consult with HR and Technology to recommend scalable, out‑of‑the‑box‑first solutions (vs. customization‑only thinking)
* Evaluate Service Now HRSD release updates, assess impact and value, and recommend adoption paths in partnership with the HRSD Product Owner
* Ensure solutions consider the end‑to‑end employee experience, not just individual workflows or cases
HRSD Platform Scope & Experience Enablement
* Support HRSD functionality across Portal / Employee Center, Case Management, Virtual Agent, Live Agent, and integrations
