HANA / BTP / Success Factors / GRC Consultant
We are seeking a skilled and versatile SAP Consultant with deep expertise across SAP S/4
HANA
, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP),
SAP Success Factors
, and SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance). This role requires strong cross‑functional knowledge to design, implement, and support secure, compliant, and efficient SAP solutions that align with enterprise business goals. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with business stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to deliver high‑quality SAP capabilities.
SAP S/4
HANA:
- Lead or support implementation and configuration of SAP S/4
HANA modules across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, or other functional areas. - Collaborate with functional and technical teams on process optimization, enhancements, and integration with legacy systems.
- Design and implement BTP solutions including extensions, integrations, and analytics using SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), SAP UI5, and Fiori.
- Utilize BTP services (e.g., Integration Suite, Business Application Studio, Workflow Management) to develop scalable cloud‑based applications and interfaces.
- Implement and support modules such as Employee Central, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Recruiting.
- Integrate Success Factors with SAP S/4
HANA and other third‑party systems. - Configure workflows, permissions, business rules, and role‑based security in alignment with HR compliance standards.
- Configure and administer SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM) to manage user provisioning, SoD, and compliance.
- Perform role design, risk analysis, and audit support across the SAP landscape.
- Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to support SOX and GDPR initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP S/4
HANA, including at least one end‑to‑end implementation. - 2+ years of experience with SAP BTP, including app development or integration.
- 2+ years of experience with SAP Success Factors modules (implementation or support).
- 10+ years of SAP GRC experience, especially in Access Control.
- Strong understanding of SAP security models (on‑prem and cloud).
- Experience in configuring and supporting business processes across multiple modules.
- SAP Certifications in any of the following: S/4
HANA, BTP, Success Factors, GRC. - Experience with SAP Integration Suite, SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS), and Identity Provisioning Service (IPS).
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals, finance, government).
- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and Dev Ops pipelines for SAP.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work across technical and non‑technical teams.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
