Growing and stable company has an immediate need for a Telecom Analyst. In this hybrid (mix of onsite and remote) role, you will focus troubleshooting mobile devices (iPhones), planning and implementing telco infrastructure (Ring Central / Avaya), configuring/maintaining overall phone systems, and analyzing circuit issues as they arise. This is an excellent company offering great pay and job stability.
Requirements- 5+ years of telecom support experience.
- 2+ years of Ring Central and 2+ years of Avaya suite (Comm Mgr., IP Office, etc.) required.
- Preferred: experience with JAMF (MDM platforms).
