The Technical Program Manager is responsible leading and managing one or more multi-year, enterprise-wide programs, including initiatives involving AI/ML and data-driven solutions. This role manages complex programs ($7M–$10M+) with multiple concurrent sub-projects and oversees full project lifecycle execution while ensuring alignment between business, data, and engineering teams.
How You Will Make an Impact:- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical and AI/ML-enabled programs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including data science, engineering, product, and vendors
- Define program scope, milestones, success criteria, and governance models
- Develop and manage resource, risk, quality, cost, and scope management plans
- Support AI/ML project phases such as data preparation, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring
- Develop requirements, approval matrices, training plans, and documentation
- Define quality gates, KPIs, and critical success factors across program phases
- Manage vendor engagements, contracts, SLAs, and post-implementation support
- Coach and mentor project team members and project managers
- BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of project/program management experience in enterprise IT or application development
- Experience managing full SDLC programs, including data or analytics initiatives
- Working knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals (model lifecycle, data pipelines, model deployment concepts)
- Strong experience managing teams in a matrix environment
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management, documentation, and reporting tools
Experience:
- Project Management certification (PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile)
- Experience managing AI/ML, analytics, or automation programs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps concepts
- Experience with portfolio management and Rational tools
