Oracle Fusion Technical Developer

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Developer with strong Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) expertise. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), report development, and production support within a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, hands‑on technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with functional and business teams.

• Design, develop, and support technical solutions within Oracle Fusion P2P and SCM modules
• Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Build and enhance BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, dashboards, and custom extracts
• Develop inbound and outbound integrations using REST/SOAP web services, FBDI, and other Oracle Fusion tools
• Provide production support, including issue triage, root cause analysis, and timely resolution
• Monitor and optimize performance of integrations and reports
• Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end critical business cycles
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and deployment activities
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oracle technical development roles
• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (P2P and SCM modules preferred)
• Proven expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus
• Extensive experience in:
• BI Publisher
• OTBI
• SQL and PL/SQL
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, FBDI
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in a production support environment
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume enterprise setting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud security and roles
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud infrastructure, PaaS
• Experience with Dev Ops, version control, and release management processes
