Quality Assurance Tester

3-Month Contract (High Chance for Continuous Exentsions)

• Perform manual functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across mobile applications.
• Validate cross-platform behavior across Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, iOS, and Android.
• Review requirements/user stories and translate them into test plans, test cases, and test coverage documentation.
• Log, track, and manage defects through JIRA
  , maintaining clear and organized ticket workflows.
• Analyze logs (console logs, crash logs, device logs) to support debugging and defect isolation.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers during Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Provide detailed QA status updates, test summaries, and defect reports to stakeholders.

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Manual QA Tester / QA Analyst
  .
• Strong background in manual testing for mobile applications.
• Experience working in Agile environments with sprint-based delivery.
• JIRA (bug tracking & workflow management)
• Familiarity with React Native
• Demonstrated ability to ensure cross-platform compatibility.
• Excellent documentation skills with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Experience running SQL queries for backend data validation (optional).
• Familiarity with device farms or mobile device testing environments.
• Experience communicating with cross-functional teams and supporting triage meetings.
• Exposure to automation concepts—not required for this contract.
