We’re hiring an IT Help Desk Engineer II to support our North America HQ team in Midtown Atlanta
. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on technical work, supporting executive users, and working on a collaborative IT team.
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid, on‑site Tuesday through Thursday)
What you’ll be doing :- Provide Tier 2 end‑user support for HQ and executive leadership
- Support Windows and macOS environments
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure Entra , and Microsoft Intune Endpoint Manager.
- Support laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, and conference room AV
- Document and resolve tickets while partnering closely with infrastructure and network teams
- 4 to 6 years of hands‑on IT service desk or end‑user support experience
- Strong Microsoft Intune experience (this is a requirement)
- Experience providing professional, white‑glove support
- Clear communicator with strong documentation habits
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hybrid HQ environment
- Hybrid schedule with on‑site work Tuesday through Thursday
- Parking is provided for on‑site days
