** The   New Role...*
* The Sr. Director, Sports Streaming Research serves as a strategic thought leader, driving the enterprise-wide insights agenda to inform and influence executive decision-making and long-term business strategy. This role oversees the end-to-end analytics and reporting ecosystem for TNT Sports direct-to-consumer streaming   products, and   forges high-impact partnerships with senior stakeholders to architect advanced modeling and forecasting capabilities that shape the future of the business.

** Your Role Accountabilities...*
* +  Architect and   champion   an insights roadmap t hat informs and empowers   senior executives and other   cross-functionals leaders with actionable intelligence on business performance and stra te gic KPIs to shape   and grow the business.

+  Direct and synthesize intelligent   research of   internal and external trends to   identify   high-impact recommendations that expand our audiences and drive monetization  .

+  Lead   the design and governance   of our   measurement   frameworks , financial   modeling   and forecasting init i atives   to ensure data-driven decision making at all levels.

+  Advise Data Strategy and Tech teams on business data needs , to ensure that data   required   for analytics, reporting, and modeling is collected and accessible.

+  Cultivate and steward executive relationships with key third-party platform partners   (e.g., ESPN, HBO Max, etc.) as it relates to data sharing and reporting for TNT Sports DTC on those platforms.

+  Build, inspire and mentor a   high performance   t eam of data, analytics, and research professionals.

** Qualifications & Experience...*
* +  10+   years of digital media experience

+  Specialist in forecasting and growth optimization

+  Proficient with Looker, Nielsen, Looker and emerging   third party   AI tools

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $ - $ salary per year.
