Senior Delivery Manager

As a Senior Technical Operations Manager, you will be overseeing the successful delivery of ivision’s Managed Service engagements for our core practice areas. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with many functions of our team including members of our delivery team, business development, external global clientele, and vendors to ensure the health of the client’s infrastructure and system environments.

You will be crucial in ensuring client deliverables are being managed effectively as you demonstrate your influence within hands-on project management, client management, best-practice delivery, leadership and ensuring an overall high level of customer engagement is maintained. This is a unique opportunity for any technologist that desires to push boundaries as a member of our award-winning team.

What You'll Achieve

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of our managed service’s client environments
• Ensure the health of the client’s environments to minimize client exposure and risk
• Resolve and / or escalate incidents and problems in a timely fashion
• Manage day-to-day client interaction while developing lasting relationships
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
• Create / execute work plans, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs / requirements
• Work cross-functionally to identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
• Build a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives
• Effectively apply our methodology and enforce operational readiness standards
• Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
• Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and practices for potential application in client’s IT environments
• Identify opportunities for improvement and manage the process of innovative change
• Work with business development to validate service SOWs / support contracts

• Experience with technical project delivery in one or more of the following technology platforms:
• Microsoft Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions
  • Active Directory & Exchange
  • Share Point
• Systems Center
• Windows Desktop
• App-V
• Data Center Storage & Management Platforms
  • Data Storage Technologies (i.e. Net App, EMC, etc.)
  • Data Backup & Recovery (i.e. Comm Vault, etc.)
• Unified Computing (i.e. Cisco UCS)
• Voice Over IP and Desktop Video (i.e. Cisco Unified Communications, Microsoft Lync)
• Voice Over IP and Desktop Video (i.e. Cisco Unified Communications, Microsoft Lync)
