Overview

Publicis Re:

Sources is looking for a Service Now Developer with minimum 7 yrs experience

Responsibilities

Skills - ITSM, CSM, CMDB, IT Asset Management, Integrations, Portals, Java Script

* Proven experience implementing ITSM tools; demonstrated experience with Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management and other ITIL process areas

* Practical experience in the creation or modification of the relevant ITSM toolset components

* Writing scripts, business rules, UI and data policies, REST/SOAP integrations, scoped App, reports, script includes, Knowledge management, loading of data through Import Sets, knowledge of Data sources and transform map

* The Service Now Developer is responsible for developing, design and own technical solutions on the Service Now ITSM / CSM module. The Service Now Developer will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support.

* Communication & Documentation.

* Proficiency in scripting, including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular and REST API integration experience

* IT Degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science

* Service Now CSM + ITSM + 1 other product like ITAM, ITOM etc.
