JOB DESCRIPTION
:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Proficient in BMC Remedy Developer Studio-deep understanding of Remedy's development
- tools & capabilities, including form design, workflow creation & scripting
- Solid grasp of IT service management best practices & processes
- Familiarity with scripting languages like ARERR, ARIS
- Good understanding of Java for integrations
- Knowledge of database concepts (SQL), querying techniques to manage data within Remedy
- Knowledge of Webservices
- Knowledge of Version control (Git)
- Design, develop, and customize Remedy applications including workflows, forms,
- active links, and filters based on business needs.
- Create and manage complex workflows within the Remedy system to automate processes
- and streamline service delivery
- Manage Remedy data including attributes, classes, and relationships within the
- CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
- Integrate Remedy with other enterprise applications using APIs and data interfaces
- Identify and resolve issues within the Remedy system, providing technical
- support to end-users.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and
- translate them into Remedy solutions.
- Monitor and optimize Remedy application performance to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for Remedy applications and configurations.
