Job Description

This Project Manager role offers high visibility and broad exposure across Strategic Solutions and Business Insights (SSBI), partnering closely with senior leadership to deliver critical initiatives. Priority projects flow through this position, making it central to execution, transparency, and results. The role provides strong opportunities for professional growth and expanded scope as business needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with leaders and teams across SSBI to drive progress through structured working sessions and regular leadership engagement

* Utilize project management tools (e.g., tracking logs, RACIs, dashboards) to ensure accountability and visibility

* Serve as a central coordinator for high-priority and compliance/regulatory initiatives, adapting focus based on business needs

* Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes

* Provide clear, concise status updates and insights to leadership to support informed decision-making

* Support change management efforts, including communication, training, and adoption activities

* Influence cross-functional teams and manage project performance to ensure successful execution

This role requires working from one of the posted U.S. Bank locations three (3) or more days per week.

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

* Five to eight years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

* Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills

* Ability to drive change, resolve issues, and manage complexity

* Demonstrated management and leadership skills

* Advanced knowledge of project management

* Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
