We are looking for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced agentic AI solutions.
WhatYou’ll Do
Collaborate with customers to design and implement enterprise wider agentic AI solutions at scale.
Develop and maintain core software components for Agentic AI platforms.
Implement secure, scalable integrations across cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Collaborate and lead teams of architects and data engineers to deliver rapid MVP cycles, from concept to production deployment.
Work directly with customers as a subject matter expert, providing thought leadership, delivering bespoke solutions, and driving innovation.
Work on the next frontier: build data infrastructure for Agentic AI, a transformative technology.

WhoYou Are Required Skills and Experience
4+ years in AI/ML engineering experience, with 1 year experience developing Agentic AI Solutions
Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
Experience with model training, fine-tuning, and deployment in production environments.
Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (e.g., AWS Agentic
AI, Google AI Platform, Azure AI Foundry) and distributed computing.Knowledge of data engineering tools (e.g., Pandas, Spark) and version control (e.g., Git).
Hands-on experience with generative models (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion, BERT) and their application in automation, content creation, or predictive tasks.
Ability to tackle complex challenges, from dataset biases to model scalability, with creative and practical solutions.
Capable of explaining AI concepts and trade-offs to technical and non-technical team members.
Experience with low-code/no-code platforms or business application development.
Familiarity with reinforcement learning or prompt engineering for LLMs.
Contributions to AI research, open-source projects, or a portfolio of GenAI work.
Master’s degree or PHD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is -
$120,360 to $228,840 based on a full‑time schedule.
Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job‑related skills and experience. For part‑time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California (San Francisco Bay Area):$144,480 to $274,560
California (All Other):$132,480 to $251,640
Colorado: $120,360 to $228,840
Massachusetts $120,360 to $251,640
New York City: $144,480 to $274,560
Washington: $132,480 to $251,640
Washington DC:$132,480 to $251,640
