Business Systems Analyst III

Pay rate range: $45 - $55/hr on W2 all inc.

The Privacy Policy Implementation Contractor will clone client into a separate instance for DG across Privacy Policies, Terms of Use, and other critical public-facing legal documents across ~40 languages. This role is a key part of ensuring legal compliance for DG on day 1. The contractor will coordinate closely with Legal, Product, Engineering, Business, and Technical teams to ensure cloned application for DG is aligned, accurate, and delivered on time.

• Clone client into a separate instance for DG across Privacy Policies, Terms of Use, and related public-facing legal documents across ~40 languages.
• Coordinate with Legal, Engineering, Product, Business, and Technical partners to ensure cloned application for DG is aligned, accurate, and delivered on time.
• Project-manage release timelines, status tracking, deliverables, translations, QA, troubleshooting, escalation, and remediation activities.
• Create ~500 policy and TOU pages across Word Press and One Trust, including creating URLs, uploading/editing text, mapping/tagging pages, selecting templates, and formatting content.
• Conduct QA and troubleshooting, reviewing online text, broken links, formatting issues, and HTML/CSS errors.
• Interface with One Trust service reps to generate tickets, elevate issues, and review incident reports.
• Identify process pain points and propose improvements and best practices.

• Project Management Experience across large corporate initiatives (5+ years).
• HTML/CSS Experience (6+ months).
• Word Press Experience (6+ months).

• Copyediting experience.
• Experience with One Trust.

• Project management experience coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Precise attention to detail.
• Ability to manage updates across complex ecosystems of pages, templates, and tools.

• Experience with HTML/CSS.
• Experience with Word Press.
