Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced nCino Developer with strong handson expertise in the commercial loan origination process The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of nCino modules solid Salesforce development skills and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high quality solutions

Required Skill Set

1 Core nCino Expertise

Minimum 5 years of handson experience with the nCino Commercial Loan Origination System

Strong working knowledge of key modules including

o Loan Processing Stages

o Collateral Management

o Covenant Management

o Change Memo

o Deal Structure

o Product Configuration

o Screen Configuration

2 Salesforce Technical Skills

Proficiency in Apex Triggers Flows Lightning Web Components LWC

Experience with API development and system integrations

3 Professional Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Self driven with the ability to collaborate with customers gather requirements and independently manage development tasks

Job Title : nCino Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Location :
Atlanta, GA

Hybrid Must - 2 - 3 Days to office

Job Description:

Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in nCino Commercial Lending

Led end to end business analysis for commercial loan origination credit underwriting approvals closing funding booking and integrations

Partnered with senior stakeholders across Commercial Lending Credit Risk Compliance and Operations

Owned requirements elicitation analysis validation and sign off for large scale nCino implementations migration from legacy

Defined as is and to be processes to streamline commercial lending workflows and reduce manual effort

Translated business needs into BRDs functional design documents epics user stories and acceptance criteria

Acted as functional owner for Commercial Lending solutions on the nCino platform

Collaborated with architects and developers to design scalable compliant lending solutions

Led UAT strategy and execution including scenario definition defect triage and business sign off

Experience with data mapping integration and migration from lending system to nCino with clear understanding on data pertaining to borrower facility collateral and covenant

Ensured solutions complied with credit policy regulatory requirements and audit standards

Supported go live hypercare and post implementation optimization

Mentored junior BAs and supported backlog prioritization and roadmap planning

Job Description:

• nCinoSalesforce developer is responsible for owning and delivering complex cloud based solutions using nCino Salesforce technologies
• The candidate will be responsible for development of complex solution components eg integration security custom nCino development configuring the nCino components for customer The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills in all stages of the software development life cycle
• The candidate will own reviewing design elements and suggesting on the overall technical design
• The candidate will be responsible for developing the nCino salesforce interfaces ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business
• The candidate must also be able to identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches
• The candidate must also have experience providing level of effort estimates for technical portion of solutions
• Key Responsibilities
• Experience in design development and configuration in nCino Salesforce platform
• End to end implementation experience with the nCino SFDC platform
• Ability to lead design sessions and communicate design options to clients
• Experience with development technologies such as ApexVF JAVA Net Ruby JS jQuery Angularjs Objective C
