Privacy Policy Implementation Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and legal compliance sector, is seeking a Privacy Policy Implementation Coordinator to join their team. As a Privacy Policy Implementation Coordinator, you will be part of the Privacy Operations Department supporting global privacy compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Privacy Policy Implementation Coordinator

Location: Atlanta, GA

• Clone and configure privacy policies, terms of use, and legal documents across multiple languages in a separate instance for Digital Governance (DG).
• Coordinate with Legal, Product, Engineering, Business, and Technical teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of cloned applications.
• Manage project timelines, track deliverables, oversee translations, and conduct quality assurance activities.
• Create and update policy and terms of use pages within Word Press and One Trust platforms, including URL creation, content editing, and formatting.
• Identify process inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and propose improvements to enhance operational workflows.

• At least 5 years of project management experience across large corporate initiatives.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS with a minimum of 6 months of hands‑on experience.
• Experience working with Word Press for content management and updates.
• Strong stakeholder influencing skills and the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex ecosystems of pages and tools.
