As an Associate Oracle Package Specialist at IBM, you will assist clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of Oracle Cloud application solutions to meet business needs. Leveraging a growth mindset, you’re ready and willing to deliver business value wherever needed.

• Assisting clients in the selection, implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud packaged software solutions.
• Making strategic recommendations and leveraging business knowledge to drive Oracle‑based solutions for clients and their management.
• Facilitating or supporting workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Developing process maps to understand As‑Is and To‑Be scenarios across ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM or CX.
• Using IBM’s Design Thinking and Oracle best practices to solve client challenges.
• Supporting test execution, documentation, and data validation.
• Applying AI responsibly to summarize documentation, generate test cases, or support analysis.
