Senior Analyst, Vendor Management

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly technical professional with expertise in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and strong capabilities in Process Unity configuration, automation, and data analytics. This role will be pivotal in driving data governance, quality assurance, and executive‑level reporting, ensuring our TPRM program meets regulatory and business objectives.

• Process Unity Administration & Development
  • Configure and customize workflows, questionnaires, dashboards, and reporting within Process Unity.
  • Automate processes and integrate Process Unity with other enterprise systems.
  • Serve as system administrator, managing user roles, permissions, and system performance.
• Data Governance & Quality Assurance
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards across TPRM datasets.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory exams.
• Advanced Analytics & Reporting
  • Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
  • Perform complex data analysis using SQL and advanced Excel (including Macros and VBA).
  • Create executive‑level presentations in PowerPoint and process flow diagrams in Visio.
• Automation & Requirement Gathering
  • Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT and risk teams for system enhancements and integration.

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Risk Management, or 5+ years of related work experience.
• 3+ years in Third Party Risk Management or Vendor Risk within financial services.
• Previous configuration and administration (mandatory).
• Hands‑on experience with Process Unity or similar GRC platforms.
• Proven track record in data governance, automation, and analytics.
• Automation tools and workflow optimization experience.
• Data Analytics
  • Advanced Power BI and Tableau for visualization.
  • SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, VBA) for advanced modeling.
• Presentation & Documentation
  • PowerPoint for executive reporting.
  • Visio (or similar) for process mapping.
• System Administration & Integration
  • Experience managing user roles, permissions, and API integrations.

• Process Unity Administrator (if available).
• Microsoft Power BI or Tableau certifications.
• Project Management
