Must have:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4 years of experience in a related field or alternative combinations (e.g., masters degree with 2 years, Ph.D. with 1 year, or 16 years of total experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator with Service Cloud
  • At least 1 year of Field Service Administrator experience
  • Proven experience in managing high-scale Salesforce implementations for crucial business functions
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce development features like Apex and Lightning Web Components
  • Excellent communication skills adaptable to different technical and business audiences
  • Experience working in an agile delivery environment
  • Knowledge of change management and governance principles

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the functionality, scalability, and stability of our essential platform for users and clients
  • Apply strategic insights and analytical skills to enhance Salesforce solutions
  • Support our agile framework to deliver regular, incremental business value focused on user experience
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to key business and technical stakeholders regarding business needs and platform strategies
  • Conduct proactive platform maintenance, including security assessments, release updates, and system health checks
  • Maintain high data integrity by implementing rules and automation for Salesforce records, retention policies, and storage limits
  • Address production issues by troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating updates effectively to users
  • Develop and enforce business and technical governance policies and procedures
  • Collaborate across agile teams and work alongside developers to customize Salesforce using low/no-code methods (e.g., flows, layouts, dashboards)
  • Contribute to a Business Continuity Plan and establish technical measures such as backup/restore strategies and monitor system logs
  • Create and work with the BI team on operational reports, dashboards, and analytics
  • Manage user licenses, including setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, and permissions
  • Oversee sandbox management and licensing
  • Identify and address underutilized or unused platform features
  • Configure and maintain integrations with internal or third-party applications
  • Develop automation scripts as necessary
  • Produce technical documentation
  • Assist stakeholders and users in resolving production incidents or participating in organization-wide incident response
  • Implement and manage AI-driven monitoring and automation systems
  • Validate AI-generated alerts and recommendations concerning the infrastructure
  • Design automated workflows for routine system administration tasks
  • Ensure AI systems function within security and compliance guidelines
  • Lead organization-wide initiatives for AI infrastructure automation
  • Establish standards and best practices for enhanced AI systems administration
