Work Authorization: seeking an experienced IT Applications Development Lead to manage and mentor a team of 8–10 software engineers, ensuring enterprise applications are developed, maintained, and delivered to high standards.

• Lead, mentor, and manage application development teams
• Ensure coding standards, best practices, and SDLC compliance
• Collaborate with architects and project managers
• Resolve complex technical issues and guide teams
• Oversee performance, reporting, and staff development

• Experience leading and managing software engineering teams
• Strong background in IT applications development
• Proven ability to deliver enterprise applications to high standards
• Experience working with Angular
  
  JS and Telerik or similar technologies
