The Big Picture
As the Director of IT Infrastructure & Services, you are responsible for building and leading a secure, scalable, and high-performing technology foundation that powers Edible’s growth, innovation, and customer experience. This role ensures our infrastructure—from cloud platforms to networks to service delivery—supports seamless operations and business agility. By modernizing IT systems, improving service management, and aligning technology with evolving business needs, this leader plays a key role in enabling digital transformation, empowering teams, and delivering exceptional experiences to our customers and employees.
Location:
This position will be onsite at our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA, Monday - Thursday with the opportunity to work remotely on Fridays.
- Develop and implement the long-term strategy for the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, data centers, and cloud platforms
- Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of all technology systems across the organization
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative culture of continuous improvement
- Manage the IT infrastructure and services budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while optimizing resource allocation and operational efficiency
- Ensure that IT infrastructure is secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations, and proactively address security risks and vulnerabilities
- Drive the adoption of cloud technologies, including cloud migration strategies, integration, and optimization to improve scalability and reduce costs
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring they meet SLAs and deliver quality products and services
- Implement and manage ITIL-based best practices for IT service management, ensuring efficient incident management, change control, and service requests
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and ensure critical systems remain operational during emergencies
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and infrastructure trends to drive innovation and enhance the efficiency, scalability, and performance of IT systems
- Work closely with other departments, including Operations, Security, and Business Units, to align IT services with organizational needs and business goals
- Monitor and report on IT service performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership on infrastructure health, service levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role overseeing large-scale IT systems and services
- 5-7 years experience in Service Delivery and developing a project management team
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology , Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s in IT) or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) is highly preferred
- Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, including data centers, cloud computing, networking, storage, and enterprise architecture
- Proven track record of developing and executing IT infrastructure strategies that align with business goals and drive efficiency, scalability, and security
- Extensive experience managing cybersecurity risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS), and implementing security best practices across IT infrastructure
