One of the leading providers of best-in-class information technology services and solutions is looking for a Deployment Technician to join their Atlanta, GA team!
We are seeking experienced Deployment Support Technicians to assist with a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) go‑live initiative at Children’s Hospital of Atlanta. This is a short‑term, project‑based engagement supporting the rollout of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD). Due to the nature of deployment and go‑live work, weekly hours may fluctuate based on project needs. Candidates must be flexible and available during critical go‑live windows.
Contract Duration:
Contract from March 16th to May 10th
- 2+ years of IT support, deployment, or desktop support experience
- Hands‑on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), VDI, or similar virtual desktop solutions (Citrix, VMware Horizon, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments
- Experience supporting end‑users in a fast‑paced or high‑impact environment
Daily Responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on support to clinicians and administrative staff during deployment
- Identify, document, and track issues related to the Virtual Desktop environment
- Escalate and provide high‑priority responses to critical system issues or outages
