Our client is an innovative nonprofit organization. Based out of multiple cities nationwide, they are looking to hire a Technical Curriculum Analyst on a contract basis.

Contract Duration: 3 – 6 + Months
Required Skills & Experience- 1-3 years instructional design, technical training, or similar support role
- Strong understanding of ADDIE process, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and writing measurable learning objectives
- Ability to clarify highly technical subject matter for a learner
- Clear communication (written & oral) across digital/in-person platforms
- Industrial literacy (technician, electromechanical, or industrial coordinator experience)
- High proficiency in Gemini, ChatGPT, and other LLMs for content synthesis and drafting
- Expert use of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides for organization and presentation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical industry experience
- Exceptional organizational management and time management skills
- SACA Industry 4.0 Associate, OSHA 10/30, or similar industrial maintenance certifications
- Instructional Design certifications (Google/Coursera/ATD)
- Strong evaluation and data management skills
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams, collaborative and flexible work style
- Integrating AI tools like Gemini and ChatGPT for rapid content drafting and curriculum design
- Managing Google Workspace for content library, templates, blueprints
- Draft lesson plans, learning objectives, and competency maps
- Perform job task analysis (JTA) using AI and SME interview data
- Synthesize technical info into structured notes and storyboards
- Research and build shopping lists for technical lab procurement
- Vet vendors and coordinate equipment for training sites
- Support handoff from curriculum design to development teams
- Maintain organized content documentation
- Innovate prompt engineering for curriculum cycle improvements
