The Analytics & Reporting Manager leads a globally distributed analytics and reporting organization supporting U.S. credit card operations. The role blends people leadership, advanced analytics, and technology delivery with accountability for executive reporting, self-service analytics, and scalable data solutions.

• Lead, mentor, and develop an international analytics and reporting team of 17.
• Establish delivery standards, role ownership, and performance expectations.
• Build succession plans and continuously upskill the team.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize work aligned to enterprise strategy.
• Analytics & Reporting Delivery
  • Own executive, operational, and regulatory reporting.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
  • Ensure KPI consistency, accuracy, and governance.
  • Support portfolio performance, risk, customer, and revenue analytics.
  • Lead development and modernization of analytics platforms.
  • Enforce SQL and SAS best practices.
  • Partner with engineering and BI teams for scalable solutions.
  • Enable self-service analytics without compromising data integrity.
  • Deliver analytics technology initiatives end-to-end.
  • Manage timelines, scope, and outcomes across multiple projects.
  • Communicate risks and progress to leadership.

• Enforce data quality, reconciliation, and validation.
• Support audits, compliance, and regulatory reviews.

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in U.S. credit card markets.
• 3+ years managing analytics teams.
• Advanced SQL and SAS coding expertise.
• Proven delivery of analytics technology projects.

• Executive reporting experience.
• BI tools such as Tableau.
