The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Sr Manager, IT Consumer Commercial Systems, the Senior IT iQuote Config and Data Migration Analyst will be responsible for configuration and data migration activities supporting the iQuote element of the Consumer Packaging Systems Modernization (CPSM) initiative. This role is critical to successfully delivering a rapid rollout and adoption of the CPSM-iQuote system model in an accelerated timeline in support of the wider One Client objectives.
This role will create the appropriate checklists to gather all configuration requirements and ensure the accuracy of system setup. The role will be responsible for developing and maintaining a process for efficiently cleansing and migrating data from a range of legacy source systems. This role must ensure that static data and configuration settings required for implementation are completed according to the project plan timeline.
This role will partner closely with the iQuote Product Manager, CPSM Application Standards, and Implementation Teams to support the rapid rollout, ensuring project timelines are adhered to for initial system set-up and transactional take-on process. The role will ensure accuracy in cut-over activities by liaising with Commercial Excellence Pricing and Estimating teams to review and sign-off at key points in the project plan.
How you will impact Client:
Collaborating with CPSM-iQuote implementation team and other shared service teams, providing resources to support implementation activities around system configuration and static/transactional data to support the global rollout process.
Ensure checklists are created to collect all configuration requirements and ensure system configuration is accurately set up for each plant.
Manage and document system configuration changes according to agreed CPSM-iQuote standards. This may involve collaboration within the CPSM and Business Process Owners/Specialist groups where variance/new standards are required.
Ensure the accurate and timely migration of system data from legacy systems to CPSM-iQuote systems: this includes manual entry, ETL tools, and automation where appropriate.
Maintain and continuously enhance the data migration and config management template and tools.
Build strong and trusted partnerships with key stakeholders and Implementation Teams, ensuring clear communication, documentation, and appropriate sign-off is provided.
Proactively identify current and upcoming technologies/software opportunities to optimize and automate the configuration and data migration process.
Support other CPSM shared service activities as required, providing resources and guidance in data migration and training/awareness activities.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends within the live system, utilizing data to ensure standards are being adopted and enforced.
Develop strong working relationships with other IT functions.
