Key Responsibilities

• Data Conversion:
  Review and resolve complex data conversion issues, successfully mapping data from legacy systems to Workday.
• Validation & Testing:
  Employ rigorous validation techniques to ensure data integrity; develop comprehensive test plans and scripts.
• System Support:
  Provide technical support for system maintenance and enhancements, acting as a liaison between business units and the technical team.
• Documentation:
  Create high-quality software user guides, requirements traceability matrices, and other supporting technical documentation.
• Training:
  Facilitate user support and provide training to ensure smooth system adoption.

Required Qualifications

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 4 years implementing and/or administering Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and specialized data analysis tools.
• Communication:
  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document detailed, high-quality deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Hands‑on experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM.
• Prior experience with People Soft HCM.
• Experience supporting technology within the Public Sector.
