• Strong understanding of demand and supply planning processes, including forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP.
• Expertise in data integration, SQL, and scripting languages relevant to the o9 ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• o9 certification is a plus.

• Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of demand and supply planning solutions using the o9 platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Configure and customize o9 modules to meet complex business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
• Oversee data integration processes, including data mapping, ETL, and interfacing with ERP and other enterprise systems.
• Conduct functional and technical workshops, providing guidance and training to internal teams and end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Stay updated on o9 platform enhancements and supply chain trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design End to end responsibility of designing and architecting technology solutions. Coding Develop architecture and coding standards review processes as well as project specific templates.
• Deployment Support and Closure Assist and advise for general troubleshooting of platform and applications. Knowledge Management Identifies new Technologies Standards Best Practices.
