ServiceNow Developer

Akkodis is seeking an Service Now Developer for a Contract with a client in Atlanta, GA(Remote). This role requires strong hands‑on experience as a Service Now Developer with deep expertise in ITSM, CSM, and TPRM modules as a key qualification.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Develop, configure, and customize Service Now applications with a focus on ITSM, CSM, and TPRM modules.
• Build and enhance platform functionality using JavaScript, including client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and workflow automation.
• Implement domain separation–aware solutions and ensure secure, scalable configurations across environments.
• Integrate Service Now with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and maintain data flows and transformations.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely fixes and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and support end‑to‑end development lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience as a Service Now Developer.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, and TPRM modules with solid JavaScript development skills.
• Experience working in domain‑separated environments and configuring/customizing Service Now platform features.

$50.00 to $53.00 per hour
