Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong foundation in both business and technical analysis. This role will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that solutions are well-defined, data-driven, and aligned with organizational objectives. Experience in regulated environments such as banking or payments is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed business and technical analysis to define requirements for projects, enhancements, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and validate business needs and system requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
- Analyze data using SQL and database tools to support requirements validation, issue investigation, and decision-making.
