- Dynamic routing protocols: BGP, EIGRP, OSPF
- Good to have:
Cloud knowledge (AWS and/or Aviatrix)
- Handle Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request tickets
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot technical issues
- Define and ensure adherence to operational processes
- Oversee installation, configuration, and migration activities
- Maintain maximum uptime as per SLA
- Support multi-geo environments and maintain test environments
- Drive customer and employee satisfaction
- Identify skill gaps and support training initiatives
- Manage Cisco routers, switches, Meraki wireless, WLAN, and IPAM/DNS/DHCP
- Support escalations related to Routing, Switching, Wireless, Meraki, and VPN
- 10+ years of network administration experience in large enterprise environments
- Cisco and relevant industry certifications preferred
- Strong experience in LAN/WAN architecture, fault tolerance, business continuity, and disaster recovery
- Expert-level troubleshooting of EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP routing
- Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches (L2/L3), Nexus 9K/7K/5K/2K series
- Strong experience with Cisco and Meraki products and WLAN technologies
- Experience with AWS/Azure or other cloud platforms is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience participating in CAB meetings preferred
