We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mainframe Developer with 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise application development and financial systems. The ideal candidate will serve as a lead developer and subject matter expert, supporting complex financial business processes across large cross‑functional projects.

This role involves documenting critical business processes, analyzing system effectiveness, assisting in process redesign, and ensuring robust, scalable solutions are implemented during ongoing business transformation initiatives.

This position is open only to candidates authorized to work in the United States under the following visa categories:
H4-EAD, Green Card Holder, GC-EAD, U.S. Citizen, L2s, L2-EAD. No other visa types are eligible for this role.

• 12+ years of overall IT experience, including 7+ years in a Lead Developer/Development Manager role.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with CA Gen, Classic ASP (VBScript/JScript), and DB2 for z/OS or Oracle databases.
• Strong SQL proficiency and expertise in CA Gen workstation toolset and Com Proxy service.
• Solid knowledge of IBM Z‑Server, CICS, JCL, and COBOL.
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio/.NET (preferred).
• Proven experience supporting complex financial business applications.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience mentoring teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.

• Act as Lead Developer and SME for large financial system projects.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable mainframe applications.
• Provide QA oversight and support deployments across environments.
• Mentor junior developers and resolve complex technical issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in design standards and development practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality delivery and stay aligned with industry best practices.
