Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Location: Atlanta, GA (Open to Remote / Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced AI Agent Developer to design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing multi-step tasks using large language models (LLMs) and modern agent frameworks. This role will play a key part in developing agent-based solutions that leverage enterprise data across a newly evolving Data Lake / Lakehouse environment and integrate with existing district systems.

The ideal candidate is technically strong, highly collaborative, and comfortable “knitting together” data, tools, and platforms to deliver intelligent, production-ready AI agents. This role will work closely with custom development teams and business stakeholders to support both AI-driven automation and future rapid application development initiatives.

AI agents will interact with data and systems including:

• Enterprise Data Warehouse and emerging Data Lake / Lakehouse
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• SAP
  , including SAP SAC (analytics and reporting)
• UKG (time management)
• Concur (expense management)
• Microsoft Copilot and LLM-based tools such as ChatGPT

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience working with LLM frameworks and agent-based systems
• Backend and API development experience
• Understanding of agent-based modeling, multi-agent systems, or reinforcement learning
• Knowledge of vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and/or prompt engineering
• Ability to design conversational AI and chatbot experiences
• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to share knowledge across teams

• Experience with Hyland On Base
• Experience with SAP Forms
• Familiarity with Azure-native AI services and Microsoft Fabric workloads
