- Lead and manage Oracle Fusion implementation and support projects
- Drive solution design, architecture, and technical delivery
- Manage a team of developers and functional consultants
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
- Oversee integrations, customizations, and extensions within Oracle Fusion
- Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements
- Handle production support, issue resolution, and performance optimization
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications (Finance / HCM / SCM – as applicable)
- Experience in Oracle Fusion technical components (BI Reports, OTBI, BIP, Integrations, Web Services, APIs)
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle PaaS / OIC integrations
- Strong understanding of data migration and system integrations
- Experience in managing end‑to‑end project delivery
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
