Responsibilities

Kforce has a client seeking a hybrid Project Manager, IAM to join their team in Atlanta, GA. They are seeking a high-velocity Program Manager with a strong security and IAM background to lead identity and access initiatives in a fast-moving enterprise environment. This role is critical to consolidating access platforms, strengthening controls, and enabling secure access across complex user populations. This is an execution-heavy role that requires speed, adaptability, and decisive ownership.

The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, making rapid pivots, and driving outcomes without excessive oversight.

• Lead IAM initiatives across multiple platforms and user groups
• Drive consolidation of identity and access solutions to a unified model
• Partner closely with Security, IT, and Engineering teams
• Manage fast-moving work streams with shifting priorities
• Identify and mitigate access, security, and compliance risks
• Communicate clearly and concisely with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Execute with urgency while maintaining strong governance and controls

• Strong background in security and Identity & Access Management
• Experience working in agile, fast-changing environments
• Proven ability to execute quickly and independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset and bias toward action

• PMP certification (nice to have)
• 2-4 years of program or product management experience
• Experience consolidating platforms or leading transformation initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
