Desktop Support Technician

Location: Atlanta, GA - position will require occasional site-to-site travel, so a reliable vehicle is required for candidates to be considered.
Duration: 3 month contract-to-hire.
Pay: $18/hr - weekly pay.
Schedule: Mon-Fri.
Position Summary- Tech being hired will roll out Windows 11 and make sure it is responsive and working.
- They log onto the teller computers, click 5 buttons, click run program, wait for it to install in 1.5 hours.
- Return to office next day to ensure it is working properly.
- Will require occasional office-to-office driving – but will be minimal (few miles at most); tolls and parking can still be reimbursed.
- Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Technician will travel to each client’s location.
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer.
- 3+ years supporting Desktops, Laptops and Printers.
- 3+ years with customer service experience.
- Personable as they will interact with a wide range of users and environments.
- CompTIA A+
- OEM Printer Warranty Certifications
- OEM Laptop/Desktop Warranty Certifications
- Lexmark Printer experience
- Server experience would be a bonus.
