Overview

RGP is seeking a highly analytical and insight-led Digital Marketing Strategist to drive research-informed growth across our digital ecosystem. This role blends market research, Voice of the Customer (VoC), Voice of the Employee (VoE), strategy development, workflow design, media activation, and performance analytics into a single, integrated function. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable conducting research, facilitating workshops, designing processes, and translating insight into measurable marketing impact.

You will serve as a strategic bridge between data, marketing and execution—ensuring GTM investments are informed, intentional, and optimized for ROI. This role is remote and requires candidates to be based in the Eastern or Central time zones. Base Pay Range: $95,000 - $119,000. Other Compensation:
Incentive Compensation.

What you will work on
  • Conduct market research to identify audience needs, trends, whitespace opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
  • Support Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Voice of the Employee (VoE) research through surveys, interviews, journey mapping, and insight synthesis.
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative research into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop data-driven digital marketing strategies across channels including content, SEO/SEM, social, and paid media.
  • Define target audiences, customer journeys, and content frameworks.
  • Establish clear KPIs and success metrics aligned to business and growth objectives.
  • Support and co-facilitate strategy, discovery, and alignment workshops with stakeholders.
  • Translate workshop outputs into actionable roadmaps, briefs, and execution plans.
  • Help align cross-functional teams around shared goals, priorities, and workflows.
  • Design and document marketing and process workflows that connect insight to execution (lead flow, experience, campaign development, optimization cycles).
  • Partner with teams to improve lead routing, handoffs, and lifecycle visibility.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to increase speed and effectiveness.
  • Support media planning and buying across paid search, paid social, and digital channels.
  • Partner with the team to ensure campaigns are grounded in research insights and audience intent.
  • Monitor spend efficiency and performance to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance, web traffic, and funnel metrics using analytics tools.
  • Conduct audits of existing digital programs to identify optimization opportunities.
What you will bring
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, research, analytics, or related roles.
  • Proven experience conducting market research, VoC, and/or VoE initiatives.
  • Ability to connect insight to customer journeys, workflows, and business outcomes.
  • Comfort supporting workshops, stakeholder discussions, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across marketing, sales, and operations teams.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, dashboards, and reporting platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media, content marketing, and social platforms.
  • Experience designing workflows, lead processes, or operating models.
