This role drives intake, readiness, execution, and validation across all migration waves while coordinating across cloud, infrastructure, networking, data, and application teams.

- Coordinate change control and scope management for the Migration Factory and wave schedule calendar.
- Guide the migration of ~70% of applications and data to Microsoft Azure, ensuring alignment with cloud architecture, landing zone standards, and security requirements.
- Oversee the migration of the remaining ~30% of workloads to the designated physical data center environment.

- Track progress across all waves, expedite blockers, and drive corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality targets.
- Ensure documentation, runbooks, and validation artifacts are complete and audit-ready.
A strong candidate typically brings:
- 8–10 years of experience in technical program management.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale cloud or data center migrations, ideally with Microsoft Azure.
- Strong understanding of migration methodologies, application dependency management, data replication and cutover processes, hybrid on-premise and cloud environments, and operational readiness frameworks.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with divestiture-driven migrations or separation programs (preferred but not required).
