Job Description

• Strong experience in carrying out end-to-end client implementation of High Radius Receivables Cloud applications
• Sound knowledge on High Radius configurations
• Sound Knowledge on Various Integrations from High Radius (like Billing systems, invoicing systems, ERPs, Banks etc.)
• Experience in translating requirements into technical specifications and solution design
• Experience in gathering requirements, use cases documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, user interface design and implementation
• Experience in data analysis, conversion and migration, interfaces and reports
• Experience with system design using configuration and/or customization, integration, testing and support
• Experience in delivering end to end solutions through the entire SDLC – right from running the client facing workshops, design, build, test, deployment, UAT and handover
• As a consultant you will be responsible to carry out end-to-end client implementation of High Radius Receivables Cloud Applications Including (Collections, Cash Application) projects across the globe in an individual capacity.
• High Radius Credit application knowledge is nice to have.
• Help in configuration of the tool as per design
• Create and maintain product and operational related issues log, reporting on status as required by program structure.
• Be an expert of the client, understand their business functions and processes, communicate their needs to product teams.
• Help to build and improve the implementation, training methodologies and the tools needed for future implementations.
• Ensure application documentation is as per standard

Salary Range- $130,000-$140,000 a year
