As we expand our impact, we seek an AI Solutions Engineer to join our growing Technical Services Team. In this role, you'll combine deep coding expertise with client-facing skills to develop and implement custom AI solutions that deliver immediate business value. You'll transform complex technical requirements into elegant, production-ready code while collaborating directly with clients to understand their needs and explain technical concepts.

This position is perfect for a talented developer who is excited about building real-world AI applications and guiding customers through technical implementations.

Travel to client sites may be required based on project needs and is supported by an Atlanta-based team.

• Develop AI-powered solutions by writing clean, efficient Python code to integrate emerging AI technologies with enterprise data sources and business systems.
• Optimize and fine-tune LLM models by engineering high-quality prompts and adjusting model parameters to align with business objectives.
• Implement and refine data pipelines
  , including schema modeling and transformation techniques to extract insights from structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with customers daily
  , gathering requirements, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring successful deployments.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to deliver tailored AI solutions and provide technical guidance on best practices.

• Experience & Expertise 0000 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field, or comparable professional experience; 2 to 3 years of professional hands-on coding experience with Python, SQL, and JSON, preferably in roles that involved direct client interaction or solution delivery.
• Technical Excellence 0000 Strong coding skills with expertise in SQL, JSON, and Python. Experience developing production-quality code for data engineering, ETL processes, and API integrations. Ability to build robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• AI & LLM Experience 0000 Hands-on experience working with large language models (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and prompt engineering to optimize AI-driven insights and workflows.
