Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Aptitude to data and ability to analyze based on conceptual and logical scenarios. Healthcare background, understanding of HIPAA/SOC2/HITRUST regulations, general understanding of the various domains in health care for data warehouse and analytics, concepts of data warehousing. Strong SQL skills (incl. ability to write stored procedures, CTEs, nested and complex joins). Knowledge of Project management methodologies with SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) – strength in Waterfall and Rally.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Analytics Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and supporting scalable data solutions that enable analytics, business intelligence, and operational reporting. You will play a key role in understanding business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across systems.
Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, solid SQL expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
You will collaborate closely with data architects, ETL developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver high quality, reliable, and efficient analytics solutions. Salary Range $110000-$130,000 year
