Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior or Staff UX Designer to support a supply chain product focused on Distribution, Fulfillment, and Warehousing. This role requires full end-to-end UX ownership — from discovery and research through design and validation — within a complex enterprise environment.
You will report to the UX leader and partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other designers working on the same application.
Responsibilities- Lead discovery, user research, workflow mapping, wireframes, and validation
- Design complex workflows for enterprise web applications (desktop and mobile)
- Work within and contribute to an established design system
- Collaborate with PM and Engineering to define scope and estimate deliverables
- Facilitate user validation sessions and support pilots as needed
- Strong E2E UX experience in complex, workflow-driven applications
- Experience with design systems and enterprise web products
- Proficiency in Figma and Miro (AI-enabled tools like Figma Make are a plus)
- Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working in evolving environments
Location:
Atlanta, GA (On-site 5 days/week – SSC)
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Travel: 10–15% (user validation & pilot support)
